Scheduling an Appointment
The fastest way to schedule is to call (847) 382-0700 during office hours. Our treatment and scheduling coordinator Ari will match you with the right appointment type and help with any questions about first visits, insurance, or what to expect.
For new patients, plan for a 60-90 minute first visit that includes a comprehensive exam, digital X-rays, and oral cancer screening.

Emergency Care
For dental emergencies (severe toothache, broken tooth, lost crown, facial swelling, knocked-out tooth), call (847) 382-0700 as early in the day as possible. We reserve time each day for same-day emergency appointments.
For non-dental medical emergencies (broken jaw, difficulty breathing, uncontrolled bleeding), go to the nearest ER first, then call us for dental follow-up.

Our office is located in the Executive Court complex at 8 Executive Court, Suite #2, South Barrington, IL 60010. We offer free on-site parking and a wheelchair-accessible office for your convenience.

How quickly can I get an appointment?
For emergencies, same day when possible. For new patient comprehensive exams, usually within 1-2 weeks. For routine cleanings with returning patients, typically within 1-3 weeks.
What is the best time to call?
Our phone is busiest early in the morning. For non-urgent scheduling, try calling mid-morning or mid-afternoon when wait times are shorter. Email at office@southbarringtondentalcare.com is also a reliable option.
Can I request specific appointment days or times?
Yes. Let us know your preferred days and times and we will do our best to accommodate. We have evening hours on Tuesdays until 7:00 PM and Saturday appointments by request.
What should I do before calling for a new patient appointment?
Have your insurance card handy and a rough sense of what you are coming in for (routine cleaning, specific concern, cosmetic consultation, second opinion). This helps us schedule the right amount of time.
Is your building accessible?
Yes. Our office has ground-level access, wheelchair-accessible restrooms, and accommodating chairs and treatment rooms. Let us know if you have specific accessibility needs so we can prepare.
