Dr. Tayyabba Athar
Dr. Athar was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago. After attending Benedictine University to obtain her Bachelor of Science in biochemistry, she went on to pursue her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She has been practicing for more than 10 years and is passionate about staying up to date on the newest advances in dentistry with hundreds of hours of continuing education. Dr. Athar’s priority is to make patients feel safe and welcome.

I've been very happy with SBDC. Candace, the hygienist, is awesome! Very thorough, explains what she is doing, and pleasant to talk to. Great experience! Dr. Athar and her staff (Tina, Ella, Adilene, and Ari) were very professional, kind and helpful. Great communication skills. There was no wait time on my two visits so far.
